Product Temperature Simulator

Temperatures fluctuate when refrigerator doors
are opened and closed, but the actual temperature of the product stored in the cabinet is not affected if the door is left open for a significant period. In response to the need to represent the actual product temperature, Cooper-Atkins has developed a series of product simulators. Now you can swap your existing air probe for a product simulator probe with an after-market fixed Simulator. #10185 is designed to fit snugly over the Cooper-Atkins #2033 TempTrak Air Probe, or the #2013 thermistor Air Probe, thereby isolating/buffering the probe tip from frequent air temperature changes. The material composition and wall thickness provide an accurately simulated product temperature under varying conditions. By using the after-market fixed simulator to monitor refrigerators or freezers, the true product temperature inside will be recorded. Installation is simple and instructions are included
with each modified fixed Simulator.
