The Model 10-9321 thermistor simulator generates a low voltage to simulate four preset (USDA) temperatures. The temperature settings for the 9321 are -25 °, 0 °, 20 °, and 60 °. The thermistor simulator features dual outputs, and the temperature is selected using the setting knob.
