Description
The 56-RTR500BM is TandD’s mobile base station, designed for locations without a PC or fixed internet connection — refrigeration facilities, transport, field measurements, remote sites, and construction sites. Insert a nano-SIM with 4G data, register your wireless loggers via the mobile app, and the system will begin collecting data and reporting alarms completely independently.
Measurement data is collected wirelessly from up to 20 TandD loggers (RTR501B-507B + RTR-574/576) and transmitted via an encrypted HTTPS connection over the LTE network directly to the T&D WebStorage Service cloud (free). From there, you can access your values from any web browser, mobile phone, or tablet — globally, regardless of where the base station is located. When a threshold is exceeded, notifications are sent immediately via email (up to 4 recipients), SMS (up to 4 recipients), and/or an external relay output for connecting a lamp, buzzer, or PLC.

Applications
The 56-RTR500BM is built for locations where the 56-RTR500BC (USB to PC) and 56-RTR500BW (Ethernet/LAN) do not work: refrigerated trucks and transport, construction sites, field measurements, remote facilities in the food industry, greenhouses, farm buildings, remote laboratories, and wine cellars. The SMS alert channel is particularly valuable in environments where email notifications may be missed (e.g., weekends at unattended facilities). With an external relay output, the base unit can also control on-site alarms — connect a buzzer, strobe light, or PLC for immediate local warning.
